Ticket Info  All tickets purchased are held for Will Call on the night of the show.   The box office is open for most shows starting one hour before the show and stays open until about 1.5 hours after show start.  Please note, if there is a long line of people waiting to get into that night’s show, we may ask you to wait until those customers have been admitted before we sell you tickets to a future event.

Tickets Night of Show  If tickets are still available, they will go on sale at the door 1 hour before showtime on a first-come, first-served basis; ticket limits may apply. We take cash and credit cards at the door.

Waitlist   If a show is sold out we will start a waitlist 1 hour before showtime.  You must be present to get on the waitlist.

Box Office  Our box office hours are Tuesday thru Saturday 2:00pm – 6:00pm.   You can call our box office during box office hours at 415-383-9600 or email  BoxOffice@142ThrockmortonTheatre.org.

Will Call  For most shows, will call will open one hour prior to show time.  Please bring a photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation (or have access to your order confirmation on your phone). We might not need those, but if there are any issues it’s good to have handy.

Seating  Our shows are seated shows unless otherwise indicated on the event and ticketing page.  Our performances begin promptly. Patrons who arrive late will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

Reserved Seating  If you have chosen a reserved seat you can select the area that you wish to be seated in and you can add a note to your reservation if you want to add further details.  We cannot guarantee a specific seat but will seat you as close as possible to your request.

Refunds  Refunds are only given if an event is cancelled.  No refunds can be made on ticket purchases. (You may donate your tickets up to 24 hours prior to the show and receive a donation receipt for tax purposes.)

Ticket Donations   When you can’t use your tickets, please consider donating them back to the Box Office. We can then re-sell your seats and you’ll get a donation receipt for tax purposes.  To donate your tickets you may call the Box Office at 415-383-9600 no later than 5pm the day prior to the performance.    You can also mail your tickets with a note requesting a tax donation form to:

Please allow enough time. Your tickets must be received by the Box Office by the day of the concert (the Box Office does not receive weekend mail).

Forgotten or Lost Tickets  In case you lose your tickets, simply notify our box office at 415-383-9600 for replacements at no charge. If you’ve forgotten your tickets, we encourage you to stop by the Box Office early for assistance.

Parking  There is ample street and city parking available around us. Please be sure to observe all posted signs regarding parking and parking meters, and do not park in prohibited spaces or areas.
